The studio, which opened in 2022, aims to provide a welcoming environment for people of all ages to participate in a variety of fitness activities ranging from dance to yoga.
Being physically active on a regular basis is one of the most important things a person can do for their health; it improves brain health, weight management, disease risk reduction, bone and muscle strength, and ability to perform daily tasks.
Over here at the studio, we pride ourselves by allowing everyone to have the opportunity to take part and learn about different types of workout that cater to their needs, everyday provides new opportunities to try out new activities, all in the comfort of our studio, no change in location, no change in environment.
Our Yoga classes provides lessons that allow one to increase their flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone and mostly respiration, energy and vitality. If that is not enough, we bring it up a notch for those who like to work on themselves with their favorite music, we invite everyone to join us as we move our bodies in rhythm with music through our dance classes, increase your heartbeat as we work on our stamina, allowing us to groove and move for longer periods of time, soon, you will see yourself jumping out of bed! Lastly, for the ultimate weight loss session, we invite students to join us as we move our way into our target heart rate zone, the zone where most fat and calories are burned. Bear in mind that students will always have the flexibility of choice, all in the comfort of our studio, best of all, equipment are all provided by us!

HiiT and Core Training
