I started yoga in 2019. I come to yoga for health and beauty and used to teach yoga at the Ministry of Yoga Wellness and Aha Move. After years of practice and continuous learning from my experiences, the yoga of the present is the whole journey of my life. I am lucky to know that yoga soon improved my joint pain, and got rid of previously difficult-to-treat skin allergies. My wish is to bring the best to everyone around, and help more people have better health, spirit and quality of life. Yoga not only taught me the postures of practice but also made me aware of both human qualities and ethics. Please accompany me to live a happier, healthier life every day.
