Shoulder Opening
In our Shoulder Opening class, you learn to improve shoulder mobility and enhance shoulder movements. The class also corrects poor posture, prevents hunching and relieves accumulated tension in the upper body. It is a great class for people who sit at the desk most of the day and for those who would like to align their upper body for a good posture. Additionally, our Shoulder Opening class is a good preparation to go into advanced Yoga asana.

Wheel Yoga
There are many props that can be incorporated into a Yoga practice. But the Yoga Wheel is by far the best tool used. The Jal Yoga Wheel is a hollow, circular shape prope designed for aiding stretching, releasing tension and improving flexibility. the yoga wheel is set to be the new foam roller, providing deep massage into the muscle tissues and to the spine. It also is a great tool to open up the chest, back and shoulder, allowing you to go deeper into an asana safely.

Neck, Back & Shoulders

This class guides you into a series of poses that thoroughly stretch the muscles around these tension zones. It moves gradually toward deeper stretches, allowing the body to warm up and prepare for a deeper release of the tighter muscles in your body. Your neck, neck and shoulders will feel wonderful after you are done.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga involves modifying yoga poses so they can be done while seated. With the support of a chair, the benefits of yoga become accessible to even more people, regardless of age, flexibility level, injuries, or mobility issues.
Yoga has been shown to improve overall health when practiced regularly. As with may forms of exercise, it can be modified for people of varying abilities. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done siting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.

Power Yoga
Vinyasa yoga strings a series of poses together into a flow or movement seasmlessly synchronised to the breath. Compared to a Hatha class, which focuses on one pose at a time with rest in between, Vinyasa encourages movement and the sequence are sometimes fixed depending on instructors who arrange the progression of poses based on their own practice. Althought Vinyasa practice allows for a variety of poses, sun salutations are mostly included. Whether the practice includes advanced poses, or is alignment oriented, depends on each instructor.
